Salt Glow

Salt scrubs are among my favorite spa treatments at home. Its basic character is
softening and glowing so by using it your skin will be soft and glowing.

•1/4 cup coarse salt (sea salt or kosher salt)
•2 tbsp. olive oil
•3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
•Mix salt and oil together
•Then add the lemon juice
•Make a semi liquid paste
•Massage into the skin during a shower.
•Rinse, pat dry and apply a natural moisturizer.

Soft Oatmeal Mask

This is a good mask for oily skin. You should makes recipe just to get one treatment
enough and should be applied as soon as mixed.

•1 of tbsp. honey (liquid)
•1 egg yolk
•4 tbsp. fine oatmeal
•Mix honey and egg yolk together in a small bowl
•Slowly add the oatmeal is enough to make a soft paste
•Apply the mask on your face and neck, and leave it for 15 minutes
•Rinse with warm water and dry with a towel.

Oatmeal and Brown Sugar Scrub

Exfoliates are very moisturizing, but it does not leave great feeling. Before you turn off
the shower take a small handful of scrub, rub softly on your skin and then rinse.

• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cups oatmeal ground (not immediately)
• 1/4 cup honey
• Oil is on the choice – I use jojoba oil, grape seed and sweet almond
• 1/4 teaspoon essential oil for fragrance of your choice (optional) Vanilla works fine
• Mix brown sugar and oatmeal together in a large bowl
• Now add the honey
• Drizzle with oil in the mixture, Mix well
• When all stirred saturated and sinks to the bottom of the cup and you have oil
on top of cup. Add the essential oils or fragrance in it. A six or eight ounce wide-
mouthed jar works well to store paste.
